That's no problem! The discounted group rate is good for three days prior to and three days after the event dates (Sept 29-Oct 2), based on availability. The Hotel offers self-parking as well as valet parking. For FinComp '24 attendees, the discounted self-parking fee is $14 per day. Valet parking is $30 per night.

The group discount code is contained within the automatic confirmation email that your first registrant received.

Conference registrations may be canceled by sending a written notification to fincomp@balancedcomp.com no later than August 28, 2024. Cancellations received before August 28th will be charged a processing fee of $250. Cancellations received after August 28th, and attendees who don't attend without providing prior notice, will be responsible for the full registration fee. BalancedComp assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel, or other related expenses incurred by registrants.

Substitutions will be accepted through the registration closing date of September 1st, 2024. Please email your substitution request to fincomp@balancedcomp.com.

We love a good loungewear set as much as everyone else, but business casual is recommended for all conference sessions, with additional cocktail and networking events in the evenings. Conference rooms can be chilly, so we advise wearing layers.

Attendees will be provided pens and event booklets. Laptops are not required but are encouraged for notes. Digital copies of the speaker's slide decks will be distributed to all event registrants following the conference.

All registrants are responsible for their own transportation between the airport and the hotel. The hotel is approximately 27 miles from the Kansas City International Airport (MCI).
