This discounted rate is offered three days prior as well as three days after the event dates, based on hotel availability.

All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel room reservations and covering all hotel expenses. All room reservations must be made by August 31, 2023 to receive guaranteed discounted group rate pricing. A valid credit card is required to secure a hotel room.

Conference registrations may be canceled by sending written notification to (email address) no later than August 18, 2023. Cancellations received before August 18, 2023 will be charged a processing fee of $200. Cancellations received after August 18, 2023, as well as registrants who don't attend without providing a written cancellation notice by August 18, 2023, will be responsible for the full registration fee. BalancedComp assumes no liability for any nonrefundable travel, hotel or other related expenses incurred by registrants.

We love a good loungewear set as much as everyone else, but business casual is recommended for all conference sessions, with additional cocktail and networking events in the evenings. Conference rooms can be chilly, so we advise wearing layers to stay as comfortable as possible.

Attendees will be provided pens and a notepad. Laptops are not required but are encouraged for notes. Digital copies of speaker's slide decks will be distributed to all event registrants following the conference.

All registrants are responsible for their own transportation between the airport and the hotel. The hotel is approximately 19 miles from the Kansas City International Airport (MCI).
